Here are our policies and procedures for your reference:

Hours of Operation:

  • Our office operates from Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • We are closed on all government observed holidays.

Returns:

  • All refunds will be processed within 7 days.
  • Our 100% money back guarantee applies only to the price of the product.
  • To request a refund, customers must contact our support department and provide their order information.
  • Once a valid refund request is submitted, the refund process will be completed within 60 days. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase, while PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
  • Please note that you have 60 days from the date of the original purchase to return the product and receive a refund. Returns received after the 60-day time limit will not be processed.
  • In the event of excessive or repeated refund requests from a customer, we reserve the right to add them to our “blacklist,” preventing future purchases of our products. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse their business at our sole discretion for any other reason we consider necessary. We may also deny future refunds if we determine that a customer is taking advantage of our money back guarantee.

Personal Checks:

  • We do not accept personal checks or “e-checks” as payment.

Customer Service:

  • Please refrain from spamming or engaging in any abusive or excessive use of our software. If you are using Google API keys, please be aware that they offer a $300 free credit for 12 months, and any spamming activities will absolve us of any responsibility. Normal usage should not exceed the free credit limit.
